Refunds
Should a specimen arrive damaged, a refund will be issued upon proof of damage, which is requested through a photo of the damaged specimen. Ship the specimen back, as we will cover postage, and you will receive a refund in a method of your choosing.
Payment Plans
We offer payment plans for specimens. We do not charge interest on our payment plans.
Shipping (Within the United States)
We ship domestic packages via USPS Priority, UPS, and FedEx, which typically takes between 2-5 business days. Express shipping is available. We offer hand-delivery at major U.S. shows.
Shipping (International)
For international orders, we ship through UPS and FedEx, which typically takes about one to two weeks. Express shipping is available.
We offer hand delivery at major U.S. shows.
Hand-Deliver Courier Service
For higher-value items, standard shipping options are not available. We offer a white-glove delivery service for specific items that are especially fragile and valuable. We are not liable for damage, loss or confiscation of specimens in domestic or international TSA checkpoints, or customs checkpoints outside of the United States. This service is available to our clients at their expense.
Payment
We accept electronic payments, wire transfers, printed checks, cryptocurrencies, and cash. For payment with checks, e-checks, or wire transfers, the specimen will not be shipped or exchanged until the payment clears.
Damage Policy
"You break it, you buy it" policy is in effect within all shows, exhibitions, and private appointments.
